- prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role preferred
- knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- cleans all kitchen areas including pots pans silver items silverware platters at all times
- sweeps and mops floors at scheduled times and on a needed basis
- cleans worktables mixers refrigerators at all times
- delivers food for catered functions in a timely manner
- cleans kitchen areas and back of house daily and nightly
- adheres to all novotel miami brickell sanitation and safety guidelines
- performs any other duties requested
