Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in stewarding or a related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food service environments
Job Duties
- Ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware at each outlet
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and heart of house areas
- Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils and equipment
- Support daily dishwashing and cleaning operations
- Assist in waste disposal and recycling processes
- Monitor stewarding inventory and report shortages
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
