Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- physical ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40lbs
- able to work in standing positions for extended periods
- basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety, and dish care
- previous kitchen experience preferred
- willingness to work evenings, weekends and extended shifts
- ability to work under established timelines

Job Duties
- Responsible for all cleaning in back of house food and beverage areas to ensure highest quality efficiency and operations
- coordinate with chefs all equipment needs for banquets
- cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance to standard operating procedures
- removal of trash from all areas
- delivery of dishes, silver, china to appropriate needs area
- sanitizing all kitchen areas
- sweeping, moping kitchen
