Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1 plus year of dishwashing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices machines preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas including floors, mats, kitchen, and equipment
  • Rinse out garbage cans
  • Practice and follow safety procedures and Safety Data Sheet guidelines
  • Report any broken, chipped, worn, or faulty items and equipment to Supervisor
  • Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes
  • Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas
  • Ensure floors are always dry and clean
  • Remove and replace large mats from kitchen area
  • Sort and remove trash
  • Assist and support catering and special events as requested
  • Identify and solve problems with kitchen equipment
  • Sanitize and ensure general kitchen cleanliness
  • Support Prep Cooks as necessary
  • Perform deep cleaning of stoves and other kitchen appliances
  • Assist with delivery orders and stock supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
