Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work full-time or part-time
- Strong listening and communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 plus year of dishwashing experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and devices machines preferred
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning of kitchen areas including floors, mats, kitchen, and equipment
- Rinse out garbage cans
- Practice and follow safety procedures and Safety Data Sheet guidelines
- Report any broken, chipped, worn, or faulty items and equipment to Supervisor
- Wash, sort, stack, load, and unload dishes
- Assist with delivery orders and organize storage areas
- Ensure floors are always dry and clean
- Remove and replace large mats from kitchen area
- Sort and remove trash
- Assist and support catering and special events as requested
- Identify and solve problems with kitchen equipment
- Sanitize and ensure general kitchen cleanliness
- Support Prep Cooks as necessary
- Perform deep cleaning of stoves and other kitchen appliances
- Assist with delivery orders and stock supplies
- Other duties as assigned
