Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant with a staff of 50 or more
  • Proven success in a leadership role
  • Flexibility to assist at other locations when required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of starting)

Job Duties

  • Drive the success of FOH and BOH operations
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering an enjoyable work environment
  • Maximize profits through efficient labor management and control of food and beverage costs
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
  • Work on increasing sales and promoting the business
  • Continuously recruit new talent to fill future positions
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are met consistently
  • Passionately maintain presentation and quality standards of all dishes
  • Exhibit exceptional cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
