Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management or two years supervisory experience in high volume food service with P&L responsibilities
- three years experience in food and beverage operations
- excellent managerial and administrative skills
- professional appearance as per company handbook
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- ability to work independently and with a team
- record of satisfactory job performance and reliability

Job Duties
- Develop standard operating procedures for the steakhouse
- implement measures to maintain purchasing and labor costs within budget
- perform food and beverage analysis to ensure operational efficiency
- review financial transactions and monitor departmental budgets
- complete inventory audits and financial reports
- investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- plan and develop menus and pricing structures
- institute cost control policies and procedures
- analyze food and beverage operations and profit and loss statements
- evaluate purchasing and market conditions
- enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness
- monitor gaming patron alcohol consumption
- develop team members through training
- administer performance appraisals and provide coaching
- enforce uniform and appearance guidelines
- manage hiring and staffing levels
- ensure staff training on safety standards
- maintain positive communication throughout property
- adjust staffing for marketing promotions
- handle planning variances
- create an entertaining and service-focused environment
- provide management coverage
- perform supervisory and operational duties as needed
- assist director with food and beverage operations
- adhere to regulatory and company policies
