  • At least 3 years of salaried management experience preferred
  • Strong work history with a preference for wine knowledge
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule

  • Implementing safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for both employees and guests
  • Creating memorable guest experiences by connecting authentically with customers and participating in community outreach
  • Driving performance through effective management of your department's P&L, sales initiatives, and training your team
  • Presenting quality food and drink by adhering to recipe standards and ensuring excellent presentation
  • Ensuring sanitation by demonstrating excellence and maintaining pristine facilities
