Job Duties
- Upholding employee standards by ensuring your restaurant department is fully staffed, fostering inclusivity, developing your team, and holding them accountable supportively
- Implementing safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for both employees and guests
- Creating memorable guest experiences by connecting authentically with customers and participating in community outreach
- Driving performance through effective management of your department's P&L, sales initiatives, and training your team
- Presenting quality food and drink by adhering to recipe standards and ensuring excellent presentation
- Ensuring sanitation by demonstrating excellence and maintaining pristine facilities
