Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Must have at least six months in current position if internal candidate
- Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards, and non-gaming registration as required by local jurisdiction
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Greets each guest in accordance with sequence of service standards and offers their name and assistance upon the guest's arrival
- Engages all guests with a consistently friendly and upbeat personality and strives to establish rapport with all Steakhouse patrons
- Works collaboratively with all room staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience and the proper flow of the dining room and bar
- Immediately reports any excessive delay in the seating of guests or potential guest opportunities to the room manager
- Effectively utilizes all reservation tools, accurately records reservations and cancellations, and updates the room manager of expected reservation counts before and throughout the shift
