Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass any and all required background checks
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate point of sale and bar-related equipment
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to follow health department sanitation standards
  • Ability to work safely in compliance with company safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors
  • Ability to keep a friendly, calm, and helpful demeanor in high-stress situations and a continuously fast-paced environment
  • Honesty in all interactions and a high degree of integrity
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or as part of a team
  • Compliant with legal or company regulations

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest in accordance with sequence of service standards and offer their name and assistance upon the guest’s arrival
  • Engage all guests with a consistently friendly and upbeat personality and strive to establish rapport with all Steakhouse patrons
  • Work collaboratively with all room staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience and the proper flow of the dining room and bar
  • Immediately report any excessive delay in the seating of guests or potential guest opportunities to the room manager
  • Effectively utilize all reservation tools, accurately record reservations and cancellations, and update the room manager of expected reservation counts before and throughout the shift
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner and provide the appropriate service requested by the guest
  • Be knowledgeable of all menus, promotions, specials, and entertainment offerings and respond to guest inquiries effectively
