- previous experience in a customer service or dining environment preferred
- knowledge of menu items and restaurant operations
- ability to work under general supervision

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they are seated by introducing oneself and informing them they will be served
- answer guests' questions about menu items and specials
- write up guests' food orders and transmit them to the kitchen
- receive beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- ensure all food items are properly prepared and presented appetizingly
- observe diners during meals to check satisfaction and respond to additional needs
- provide timely presentation of the bill
- respond to guests' questions about casino gaming promotions and special events
- respond courteously to public inquiries within the area of assignment
