Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
- able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- must be able to lift and carry small and large trays or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- ability to handle or seek assistance for guest-related situations
- shift assignments may be irregular and cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to pass all training and tests associated with the job
- ability to effectively communicate in English

Job Duties
- Receive beverage orders from guests
- prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
- refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and other related supplies
- provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
- create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where flawless service execution is paramount
- promote positive co-worker and guest interactions while maintaining professionalism
- demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite, congenial and efficient attitude
- relay guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate supervisor
- adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
- comply with health and sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policies
- maintain company and departmental uniform, appearance and hygiene standards
- greet and take food and beverage orders, enter orders into computer system
- prepare food orders, set trays, transport food and beverage items to service areas
- set tables properly with dressing, napkins, silverware, condiments, ice buckets
- maintain breakdown area
- complete set-up, stocking and closing duties on time
- maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
- clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures
- work in a fast-paced operating mode
- adhere to state liquor laws
- perform related and miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership
