Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
- must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
- ability to handle guest-related situations or seek assistance
- must be able to work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to pass all training and tests associated with the job
- must communicate effectively in English
- high school diploma or GED preferred
Job Qualifications

- shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to pass all training and tests associated with job
- ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management
- ability to effectively communicate in English
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- or one to three months related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Receive beverage orders from guests
- prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
- refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and all other related supplies
- provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
- create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount
- promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times
- demonstrate a courteous, friendly, polite, congenial, and efficient attitude
- relay guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate supervisor
- adhere to established company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times
- always adhere to health and sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policy and procedures
- maintain company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times
- greet and take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into computer system
- prepare food orders, set trays, and transport food and beverage items to food service areas
- responsible for setting tables including proper dressing, napkins, silverware, tabletop condiments, ice buckets, etc.
- maintain breakdown area
- complete all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time
- maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment within area of responsibility
- clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures
- work in a fast-paced operating mode
- adhere to state liquor laws
- perform all related, compatible, and miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership
