Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
Physical ability to perform tasks including sitting, walking, standing, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, squatting and grasping
Ability to walk and stand for eight hours continuously
Capability to lift and carry trays or bus tubs up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Ability to handle guest-related situations effectively
Flexibility to work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must pass all required training and tests
Effective communication skills in English
High school diploma or GED preferred
One to three months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
One to three months related experience and/or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

Receive beverage orders from guests
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
Refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and other related supplies
Provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment focusing on service excellence
Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions while maintaining professionalism
Demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite, congenial, and efficient attitude
Relay guest complaints and compliments to the appropriate supervisor
Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
Follow health and sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policies
Maintain company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards
Greet and take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the computer system
Prepare food orders, set trays, and transport food and beverage items
Set tables including proper dressing, napkins, silverware, tabletop condiments, ice buckets etc.
Maintain breakdown area
Complete set-up, stocking and closing duties on time
Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
Clear, clean, and reset tables according to procedures
Work in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to state liquor laws
Perform all related duties as assigned by leadership
