Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- Repeated bending and lifting
- Must be able to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle or seek assistance for all types of guest related situations
- Shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass all training and tests associated with job
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- or one to three months related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Receive beverage orders from guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
- Refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and other related supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
- Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount
- Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism
- Demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite, congenial, and efficient attitude
- Relay guest complaints or compliments to appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Follow health and sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policies
- Maintain appearance and hygiene standards
- Greet and take food and beverage orders, enter into computer system
- Prepare food orders, set trays, and transport food and beverage items
- Set tables properly including napkins, silverware, condiments, ice buckets
- Maintain breakdown area
- Complete all set-up, stocking and closing duties on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
- Clear, clean and reset tables
- Work in fast-paced operating mode
- Adhere to state liquor laws
- Perform related duties as assigned by leadership
