Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
- Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
- Ability to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle or seek assistance for all types of guest related situations
- Willingness to work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass all training and tests associated with the job
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to three months related experience or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Receive beverage orders from guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
- Refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and all other related supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
- Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount
- Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions and maintain professionalism
- Demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite and efficient attitude
- Relay guest complaints and compliments to appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Follow health and sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policies
- Maintain company uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards
- Greet and take food and beverage orders and enter them into the computer system
- Prepare food orders, set trays and transport food and beverage items
- Set tables with proper dressing, napkins, silverware, condiments, ice buckets
- Maintain breakdown area and complete all setup, stocking and closing duties timely
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
- Clear, clean, and reset tables according to procedures
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to state liquor laws
- Perform related duties assigned by leadership
