Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
  • Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
  • Must be able to walk and stand for eight hours
  • Ability to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle or seek assistance for all types of guest related situations
  • Willingness to work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass all training and tests associated with the job
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Receive beverage orders from guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards
  • Refill, set/reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and all other related supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
  • Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where service excellence is paramount
  • Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions and maintain professionalism
  • Demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite and efficient attitude
  • Relay guest complaints and compliments to appropriate supervisor
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Follow health and sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policies
  • Maintain company uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards
  • Greet and take food and beverage orders and enter them into the computer system
  • Prepare food orders, set trays and transport food and beverage items
  • Set tables with proper dressing, napkins, silverware, condiments, ice buckets
  • Maintain breakdown area and complete all setup, stocking and closing duties timely
  • Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free environment
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables according to procedures
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to state liquor laws
  • Perform related duties assigned by leadership
