Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certification
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp
Ability to walk and stand for eight hours
Ability to repeatedly bend and lift
Ability to lift and carry trays or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times
Ability to work under high pressure in fast-paced environment
Ability to handle guest-related situations effectively
Willingness to work irregular shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to pass all required training and tests
Effective communication skills in English
High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience

High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience or training

Job Duties

Receive beverage orders from guests
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established service standards
Refill, set, reset, stock, clear and clean dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and other related supplies
Provide excellent customer service to fine dining guests
Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment with flawless service execution
Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions while maintaining professionalism
Demonstrate courteous, friendly, polite, congenial and efficient attitude
Relay guest complaints and compliments to the appropriate supervisor
Adhere to company policies, department procedures, guidelines, health and sanitation standards
Maintain uniform, appearance and hygiene standards
Greet and take food and beverage orders, enter orders into computer system
Prepare food orders, set trays, and transport food and beverage items
Set tables including dressing, napkins, silverware, tabletop condiments, ice buckets
Maintain breakdown area
Complete all set-up, stocking and closing duties on time
Maintain clean, safe and hazard-free environment
Clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures
Work in a fast-paced operating mode
Adhere to state liquor laws
Perform all related and miscellaneous duties as assigned
