Job Duties

Support Executive Chef and kitchen leaders in meal preparation
Ensure kitchen equipment is in good working order
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Cook, fry, sauté, carve, broil, grill, and steam various foods
Keep cold food items stocked and organized
Monitor kitchen area for functional efficiency
Assist with food preparation as needed
