Job Requirements
- Board of Health Sanitation Certificate in sanitation and food handling
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Tolerance for cleaning chemicals and secondary smoke
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook steaks and other menu items to perfection
