Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift
- Must be able to lift maneuver and carry up to 40 pounds
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment
- Must present an overall professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to obtain maintain any necessary licenses and or certifications
- Must have open availability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior working experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel preferred
- Knowledge of foods and wine preferred
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Capacity to obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications
Job Duties
- Assist in providing efficient quality service to all guests through the clearing and resetting of tables in accordance with established procedures
- Receive and fulfill beverage orders
- Ensure dining areas are clean and well-maintained
- Support waitstaff by promptly responding to service requests
- Maintain knowledge of food and wine offerings to assist guests
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
