Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items frequently
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Age 18 or older as required by law
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospitality or bar environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn cocktail preparation and bar operations
Job Duties
- Restocking liquor bottles, beer bottles / cans, and changing kegs
- Learning cocktail prep / batch recipes and other menu items
- Cleaning bar surfaces throughout the shift
- Wiping down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
- Removing and disposing of bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
- Removing used glassware and other utensils from guests during their visit
- Stocking bar items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, garnishes, ice, towels, and cleaning supplies
