Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • certification compliance such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries efficiently
  • track daily front desk logs and manage messages and packages
  • oversee room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • build and train a communicative and effective front desk team
  • handle guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity while maintaining safety and standards
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
