Job Requirements
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience
- Supervisory background
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage
- Four-year degree with 2-3 years of related experience or two-year degree with 3-4 years of related experience
- Proven supervisory background
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems
- Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid or willingness to obtain them
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively spot challenges and tackle them head-on to ensure efficient hotel operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and provide ongoing employee development
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
- Work confidently with financial information and data to support hotel operations
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management and reporting tasks
- Set and uphold standards for professional appearance and grooming
- Deliver exceptional hospitality service and ensure guest satisfaction
