Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- Effectively convey information and ideas and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
- Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently including handling reservations check-ins and check-outs
- Work with and understand financial information performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
