Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and some weekends
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Comfortable using smartphone and GPS technology

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience desirable
  • Basic knowledge of city geography or willingness to learn
  • Ability to use a GPS-enabled smartphone
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks required

Job Duties

  • Assist riders to check-out a bike to begin a trip
  • Find an available dock to end trips and provide a personal greeting and answer any rider questions
  • Dock and undock bikes and manage inventory with counts reported to operations
  • Inspect station, docks, and individual bikes for safety, operability, and cleanliness
  • Troubleshoot any equipment or bike problems as needed
  • Maintain station equipment, dock, kiosk, and bike presentation standards ensuring cleanliness and accessibility
  • Follow safe work practices to maintain a safe working environment
