Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- available to work two 4-hour shifts per day, primarily weekdays with some weekends
- flexible schedule to cover varying shifts and locations
- ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- able to use a GPS-enabled smartphone
- dependable and punctual
- willingness to learn and be teachable

- ability to communicate in a friendly and helpful manner
- ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively

- familiarity or willingness to learn bikeshare systems and city navigation

Job Duties
- Assist riders to check-out a bike and find an available dock to end their trip
- provide personal greeting and answer any rider questions
- dock and undock stations with bikes
- manage inventory and provide counts to operations
- inspect station, docks and individual bikes for safety, operability, and cleanliness
- troubleshoot problems as needed
- ensure station equipment, dock, kiosk, and bike presentation standards are maintained
- maintain knowledge of the bikeshare system and city geography
- follow safe work practices to maintain a safe working environment
