Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to interact positively with diverse populations
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long durations
- basic proficiency with smartphone technology
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- assist riders to check out a bike to begin a trip, find an available dock to end their trip, and provide personal greeting and answer any questions for our riders to enjoy their bikeshare experience
- dock/undock stations with bikes
- manage inventory and provide counts to operations
- inspect station, docks and individual bikes for safety, operability, and cleanliness
- troubleshoot problems as needed
- ensure station equipment, dock, kiosk, and bike presentation standards are maintained, ensuring all are clean, clear, and easily accessible to riders and fellow employees
- maintain knowledge of the bikeshare system and city geography to provide excellent customer service to current and potential riders
- follow safe work practices to create and maintain a safe working environment
