Job Requirements
- high school diploma, ged, or equivalent
- at least 6 months of related operational experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred
- wfs or carrier instructor certification or ability to obtain
- prior experience administering or delivering training via learning management system platforms
- experience in facilitating on-the-job training in a regulated environment

Job Duties
- deliver training sessions in individual and group settings primarily utilizing on-the-job training
- coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, recurrent training, and re-certifications
- develop, document, and update training plans and timelines with milestones
- utilize the learning management system to assign, track, and report training activities
- conduct skill gap assessments to identify training needs and tailor instruction
- observe on-the-job performance to evaluate training effectiveness and coach employees
- collaborate with station management and safety teams to align training with operational goals
- maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation reports in compliance with policies
- support internal audits, inspections, and investigations with training documentation
- promote a culture of safety and compliance through consistent training practices
