Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- six plus years of experience in freight forwarding industry with airfreight required
- import and export experience required
- three plus years of leadership experience required
- basic knowledge of CargoWise system preferred
- air gateway experience a plus
- strong ability to coach and develop staff
- exceptional communication skills
- proficient computer skills

Job Duties
- Support and develop a strong team of freight forwarding professionals
- ensure effective cost management by leading negotiations with external suppliers
- manage service quality and monitor satisfaction levels for key customers
- direct annual budget preparation and set performance targets
- ensure effective customer service through a process-oriented approach
- manage business processes ensuring accuracy of invoices and shipping documents
- establish and revise policies and procedures for station operations
