Job Requirements
- Valid FAA A&P license
- 5+ years of commercial aircraft line maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to pass FBI background check
- Ability to obtain Airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal clearance

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts, with oversight of multiple mechanics in a 24/7 work environment
- Maintain compliance with FAA, OSHA, airport, and environmental regulations
- Ensure aircraft serviceability and support on-time performance
- Lead and participate in aircraft line maintenance activities as needed
- Maintain GSC assets including vehicles, aircraft jacks, ground support equipment, and specialized tooling
- Oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and payroll coordination
- Conduct or delegate technician training (OJT and procedural)
- Monitor and maintain training records, compliance logs, and audit readiness
- Act as a compliance point of contact for customer audits and internal evaluations
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet all customer requirements
- Ensure accurate invoicing for tenant and contracted work orders
- Build and maintain customer relationships to promote operational confidence
- Track and ensure calibration of all tools
- Oversee company vehicle assignments and transfers
- Manage station assets and submit requisitions for replacements
