Job Requirements

  • Valid FAA A&P license
  • 5+ years of commercial aircraft line maintenance experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to pass FBI background check
  • Ability to obtain Airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal clearance

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts, with oversight of multiple mechanics in a 24/7 work environment
  • Maintain compliance with FAA, OSHA, airport, and environmental regulations
  • Ensure aircraft serviceability and support on-time performance
  • Lead and participate in aircraft line maintenance activities as needed
  • Maintain GSC assets including vehicles, aircraft jacks, ground support equipment, and specialized tooling
  • Oversee administrative tasks, facility upkeep, and payroll coordination
  • Conduct or delegate technician training (OJT and procedural)
  • Monitor and maintain training records, compliance logs, and audit readiness
  • Act as a compliance point of contact for customer audits and internal evaluations
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet all customer requirements
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for tenant and contracted work orders
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to promote operational confidence
  • Track and ensure calibration of all tools
  • Oversee company vehicle assignments and transfers
  • Manage station assets and submit requisitions for replacements
