Job Qualifications

- Basic mathematical skills for recipe conversion, portion control, and inventory support

Job Duties
- Execute orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain proper seafood handling procedures including consistent icing and temperature monitoring
- Set up and break down workstation with mise en place, tools, and equipment
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
- Assist with inventory control and product requisition as scheduled
- Collaborate professionally with culinary leadership and team members
- Uphold a culture of service excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
- Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
