Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- bilingual in English/Spanish
- able to exert 60-100 lbs occasionally, 25-60 lbs frequently, or up to 10-20 constantly
- preferred 2 years of job-related experience

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage as needed and loading/unloading luggage into the cargo bay
- properly register and record luggage for identification purposes upon arrival at destination
- affix registration tickets onto luggage
- maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of terminal including sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, cleaning windows and stocking necessary supplies
- maintain parking lots by keeping them free of trash
- maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by sweeping/mopping floors, sanitizing sinks and toilets, restocking bathroom tissue and multifold napkins
- maintain vehicle cleanliness of arrivals and departures including cleaning interior or motor coach vehicles and other company vehicles
- wash exterior of vehicles
- maintain washing bay clean and organize cleaning material
- properly dump wastewater from motor coach
- sanitize restroom and motor coach
- dust or vacuum seats and dashboard
- sweep and mop interior of vehicle
- stock necessary restroom supplies in vehicles
- assist with cleanliness of driver dorms at certain locations
- ensure there is coffee and water in the dispenser for customers and keep coffee area clean
- sale tickets and assist with incoming and outgoing phone calls at some locations
- perform other duties as assigned
