Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- familiarity with reservation management systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to maintain composure in busy settings

- experience in a host or hostess role preferred
- knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation software preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage the host stand efficiently
- manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable
- communicate clearly and courteously with guests and staff
- monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized entrance and waiting area
- coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining room operations
- handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the restaurant
