Job Requirements

  • minimum age requirement to work in a commercial kitchen
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to lift moderate weight items
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • previous cooking or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • follow recipes and prepare food items according to the menu
  • manage assigned kitchen station effectively
  • communicate clearly with kitchen and service team members
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station and kitchen area
  • stay calm under pressure and resolve any arising issues quickly
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
