Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three or more years relevant administrative experience
  • strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to travel locally for events and meetings
  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years experience demonstrating ability to maintain system integrity support department projects and provide administrative support to a manager or department
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • other combinations of skills and experience may be considered

Job Duties

  • Manage the full document and data report lifecycle including drafting editing formatting and validating reports and communications
  • enter and maintain data in computer systems generate reports and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • manage the regular distribution of data reports to external and internal business partners
  • provide comprehensive support to policyholders by resolving issues coordinating training logistics and leveraging data dashboards
  • provide cross-functional support by coordinating interdepartmental activities managing project logistics and assisting with recurring operational tasks
  • schedule meetings including coordinating dates and times with multiple stakeholders sending invitations and sharing documents
  • manage the team’s internal communication site and externally facing Teams channels
  • support consultants in completion of daily activities and projects and events
  • assist other divisions with recurring tasks and projects including data scoping
  • provide front-line administrative support including reception guest assistance mail handling and phone correspondence routing
  • manage multiple inboxes including reviewing responding and routing emails
  • contact company personnel at all levels to gather information and prepare reports
  • provide fiscal services such as purchase ordering payment posting and invoice verification and routing
  • maintain department files resources and other materials utilized by the team
  • attend on-site or field work including training safety fairs or other events
  • explore diverse perspectives and work effectively with others from different backgrounds and work styles
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
