- At least 18 years of age
- Proven managerial experience in quick service restaurant or related industry
- Ability to work flexibly under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Availability to lead and motivate teams consistently
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail relevant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve strategic goals
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and coach Department Managers to improve restaurant departments
- Follow up on progress and provide direction to enhance performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage high volume restaurant operations under pressure
- Drive business results and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
