Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior managerial experience in high volume QSR or hospitality environments
  • Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
  • Strong business acumen and goal orientation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high volume restaurant locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • Lead and support Department Managers in achieving their departmental goals
  • Coach and provide direction to improve department performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
