Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior managerial experience in high volume QSR or hospitality environments
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Strong business acumen and goal orientation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume restaurant locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers in achieving their departmental goals
- Coach and provide direction to improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
