Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant maintenance or janitorial services preferred
- Must provide own black non-slip shoes
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Willingness to perform physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
- Available to work early morning shifts, including as early as 4 AM
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and endurance
- Experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures
Job Duties
- Filter oil fryers daily
- Maintain outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, baseboards, floors, stock rooms, and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck twice a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor and keep area clean
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris
