Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience required
- 2-3 years restaurant experience preferred
- Luxury/Upper-upscale hotel experience preferred
- 1-2 years prior room service experience in upper-upscale hotel
- Food handling and alcohol service certifications required
- Read, write and speak English fluently

Job Duties
- Prepares dining room for guests by setting decorations, service plates, and utensils
- Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs
- Closes the restaurant by cleaning chairs and tables
- Supports servers and bartenders by performing necessary work duties
- Responsible for guest maintenance by clearing plates, watering tables and resetting tables
- Remove trash, polish glassware and restock supplies
- Run drinks to tables as needed
