Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain department standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the coffee service area
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall store goals
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
