Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Prepare coffee and related products according to established procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals
