Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines consistently

Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed
  • Provide customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee department
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
