- Ability to operate coffee making equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
- Monitor total department conditions and maintain standards
- Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages following company guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar area
- Engage customers with product knowledge and friendly service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
