Job Duties
- Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
- Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the coffee service area
- Assist customers with coffee product choices and provide knowledgeable service
- Operate coffee preparation equipment efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals
