Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Assist customers with their coffee-related needs and provide product knowledge
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee department
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize department operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
