Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
promote an inclusive work environment
provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests using proper equipment
offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials
check product quality to ensure freshness and review sell by dates
collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company goals
operate all coffee shop equipment according to guidelines
prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients
reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
notify management of customer or employee accidents and report safety risks or illegal activity
provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying management of repair needs
