Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
  • treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
  • promote an inclusive work environment
  • provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
  • prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards and to customer requests using proper equipment
  • offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials
  • check product quality to ensure freshness and review sell by dates
  • collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company goals
  • operate all coffee shop equipment according to guidelines
  • prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients
  • reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
  • follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
  • notify management of customer or employee accidents and report safety risks or illegal activity
  • provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
  • practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notifying management of repair needs
