Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- treat customers and employees ethically promoting inclusivity
- provide the right products at the right time with accurate pricing

- answer questions regarding products sold within the department and store
- prepare beverage selections to recipe and customer requests using equipment
- offer product samples and recommend items to customers
- maintain product freshness and correct portion sizes
- use all coffee shop equipment according to guidelines
- label, stock and inventory merchandise
- check product quality and review sell by dates
- report ordering and shipping discrepancies
- adhere to safety procedures and food safety regulations
- practice preventive equipment maintenance
- report accidents, safety risks or illegal activity
- work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
