Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
- Ability to provide support to individuals with special needs or older adults
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with company safety and ethical standards

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
- Treat customers and employees fairly and ethically to promote an inclusive work environment
- Prepare beverage selections using company recipes and proper equipment
- Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- Maintain product quality and freshness, checking sell-by dates and managing inventory
- Collaborate with associates to achieve store goals and support teamwork
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and report safety hazards and incidents promptly
