Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
  • Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner
  • Promote an inclusive work environment and be a responsible community member
  • Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing
  • Prepare beverage selections to recipe and standards using proper equipment
  • Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to achieve company goals
  • Maintain product quality by checking freshness and reviewing sell by dates
  • Use kitchen equipment such as espresso machine, blender, and steamer according to guidelines
  • Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
  • Report product ordering and shipping discrepancies to management
  • Comply with safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment
  • Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary
  • Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
