Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment
  • Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner, promoting inclusivity
  • Provide the right products at the right time with accurate pricing
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and make informed suggestions
  • Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to achieve store goals
  • Prepare beverage selections to recipe and customer requests using proper equipment
  • Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise
  • Check product quality and ensure freshness
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Report product ordering or shipping discrepancies to management
  • Reinforce safety programs and notify management of unsafe conditions
  • Manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
  • Use kitchen equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and steamers appropriately
  • Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults
  • Follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues
