Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment

- answer questions about products sold within the department and store

- tender transactions using company best practices
- offer product samples and inform customers of specials
- provide fresh products with correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- use coffee shop equipment per company guidelines
- prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients and merchandise
- monitor product quality and sell-by dates
- label, stock and inventory products
- report ordering or shipping discrepancies
- comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
- follow food safety regulations and guidelines
- inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
- report accidents, safety risks, and illegal activity to management
- manage conflict reasonably and nonconfrontationally
- maintain honesty and integrity
- assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- follow directions and seek assistance when needed
